Dancers enjoy your break, get plenty of rest, eat healthy, hydrate, stretch, and condition while on the break. This is a great time to take care of yourself. Because when this break is over we are in full-swing preparation for our holiday performances and recitals!!
Tip: A great time to breathe and implement strengthening and stretching exercises are during a homework break. It not only gets your body moving but it stimulates the circulatory system while increasing blood flow to your brain.

Are you a student at Midvalley Elementary School? If yes, spread the news, Body Logic is coming to your school! Together we will discuss ideas through dance that will help students prepare to respond to high-risk stituations with healthy long-term decisions. We can’t wait to dance with you and your peers. Welcome to our new dancers who have recently joined the academy. Thank you for taking advantage of our $12 for 12 days extreme deal. If you have not yet received your welcome bag (new students only) please ask for it at the office. We are happy you are here and hope you are loving your experience!

Ya’all ready to Party?

Join is for our annual Halloween Open House Party. Festivities begin at 6:30 PM with a Trunk-or-Treat in the front parking lot. Halloween dance and creative Movement classes for kids. Teens and adults come and learn a Halloween dance with choreography inspired by Michael Jackson’s Thriller, Invite your family, friends, and neighbors it’s going to be fun for the whole family. #comedancewithus!

New Student Special

For only $24 dancers have a two-week opportunity to try all classes appropriate for age and level. That’s right any class for two-weeks. This package also includes a membership waiver ($35 dollar value), and a welcome bag with goodies for the new dancer.
